There is no information about this matter on the official website of the product. Moreover, this was discontinued by the developer and it will not receive updates anymore. I've tested the application in both cases, but I couldn't figure out what's the difference. I suggest that you contact the developer using the mentioned site to obtain more information about the Type of the protection key.
My program is licensed with PROTECTOR, but when I must input some kind of radius it displays an error message like: "Cast from string "0,0" to type "Double" is not valid". What can I do for this? My program is Edition 07.1.

This is actually an error with the database. The message translates into error while processing the radius you have entered. Since it's a SQL related error, you will have to double check the value that you enter into the file. Additionally, go to Help > Contents and look for troubleshooting options related to radius implementation and calculation. I also want to recommend downloading PDF manuals available through Google Search. Download the PDF manuals to troubleshoot this error.
